This hotel and area are both equally disgusting. I don't recommend any travelers stay in Hardeeville unless you absolutely have to. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke and they are ROACH INFESTED. Being from Florida, I understand seeing the occasional adult roach, especially on the first floor. But there were baby roaches in the room - a clear sign of infestation. We left immediately and requested a refund, but since the manager wasn't present we were told to call back the next day. Coincidentally he wasn't present either of the times I called, but the front desk attendant assured me I would get my refund. I waited 5 days for the refund to come through and still didn't receive it, so had to dispute the charge with my bank.
